FROM PROPERTY TO REAL ESTATE
I've worked alongside Steve (Husband) throughout our family construction and property businesses from the very beginning, through construction, property investment, renovation, rental management, and property management companies on both sides of the Atlantic. Every part of that journey, I was there.
That means the experience I bring to clients isn't borrowed or secondhand. I've lived it. I understand build quality, renovation decisions, long-term property value, and what it actually takes to own and manage residential and vacation properties — because I've been doing exactly that for most of my adult life.
I've personally owned three vacation homes in Davenport, which we also used as our second home. I ran them as short-term rentals from the ground up, handling all online bookings, maintaining state licences, and designing the interiors myself, including themed rooms to maximise guest appeal and occupancy. That hands-on experience led naturally to owning and operating a property management company here in Central Florida, where we grew from managing our own homes to overseeing a substantial portfolio of vacation properties for other owners. I understand this market from the inside, the operations, the guest experience, the compliance, the design decisions, and the numbers that determine whether a vacation home works as an investment or doesn't.
MY FLORIDA STORY
I was born and raised in England and have been investing in Florida real estate since 2003. I bought my Horizon West home in 2007, long before the area became one of Central Florida's fastest-growing communities, and I've watched this region evolve firsthand ever since.
